Is taplee.link really free?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: unlimited links and blocks, QR codes, 30 days of analytics, a tip jar, pay-to-unlock blocks and up to three products for sale. Forms and the verified badge come with Pro. We take a 5% platform fee only when you make a sale.

What does Pro add?

Pro is $10 a month. It cuts the platform fee on sales from 5% to 1.5%, keeps your full analytics history, lifts the limits on products, forms and submissions, and lets you remove the taplee.link branding from your page.

Are there other fees on sales?

Stripe charges its standard card processing fee on every sale, on both plans. The platform fee is on top of that: 5% on Free and 1.5% on Pro. If you give a refund, the platform fee on that sale is returned too.

How do I get paid?

You connect a Stripe account in a few minutes. Buyers pay through Stripe Checkout and Stripe pays out to your bank account on its normal schedule.

What can I sell?

File downloads (delivered by secure, expiring links) and unlockable content such as a private link or message. You can also create discount codes.

What happens if I downgrade from Pro?

Nothing is deleted. Analytics show the last 30 days, products beyond your three most recent sellers are paused, extra forms are hidden, and the branding footer comes back. Upgrade again and everything returns.

Do your analytics use cookies?

No. Page analytics are cookieless. Creator pages do set one small cookie, only to credit the creator if a visitor later signs up for taplee.link. Our analytics don't need a cookie banner.

Can I earn money by referring other creators?

Yes, if you're on Pro. You earn 20% of what taplee.link receives from creators you refer, for as long as they pay. That covers their Pro subscription and the platform fee on their sales. Commissions are paid monthly to your connected Stripe account once you have $10 USD or more.

Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with a six-digit code we email you.
